Our inspection service
1）Initial Production Check:
Consist of visual check on the quality of components and materials at the early stage of the production process.
2）During Production Check:
Involves visual check on the quality of components, materials and finished products for product deviation and quantity mistakes, and report to the manufacturer for the issues with corrective actions.
3）Final Random Inspection:
Consists of a detailed visual inspection of randomly selected samples to verify that the quality, quantity and packaging conform to the client’s samples and meet his requirements as per to ISO2859,ANSI /ASQC Z1.4, BS 6001, DIN 40080 and other standards. Also, AQL (Acceptable Quality Levels)sampling specification shall be pursuant to for better credit.
4）Loading Supervision:
After sampling before the shipment, the inspector will ensure the cleanness of the package and the cargo during the product transit process.
5）Factory Evaluating:
Inspectors will check the working conditions, production status, facilities, production equipment,processing ways and the quality management, and make a evaluation together with suggestions or specifications.
